Averion Health Club ("Averion") is a private membership and care- coordination practice. Clinical care is provided by independent, licensed clinicians who exercise their own professional judgment. Submitting an application does not create a doctor–patient relationship and does not guarantee acceptance or treatment.
Averion does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Membership is offered by invitation and subject to review. You must be of legal age and reside in a state where our providers are licensed.
Any therapy, including NAD+ and hormone optimization, is prescribed only where clinically indicated by a licensed provider and is subject to applicable law. See our Safety Information.
Applying is free. Membership fees, if any, will be disclosed to you before you enroll. No payment is collected through the application.
