HRT, Explained

Hormone optimization without the hype — what it is, who it's for, and how it's done responsibly.

What HRT is

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) restores hormones — most commonly testosterone, and in some cases thyroid or others — toward an optimal range when blood work and symptoms indicate a genuine deficiency. The goal is not to exceed normal physiology, but to return you to your own healthy baseline.

Signs people ask about it

These symptoms have many causes — which is exactly why it starts with a full panel, not an assumption.

How it's done at Averion

1. Measure

Your 160+ panel establishes whether hormones are actually part of the picture.

2. Evaluate candidacy

Your provider weighs your labs, symptoms, history, and goals. HRT is prescribed only when clinically indicated — and not at all when it isn't.

3. Titrate & monitor

If prescribed, protocols start conservatively and are adjusted against follow-up labs. Monitoring is ongoing, not set-and-forget.

HRT and NAD+ are prescription therapies provided only where clinically indicated by an independent, licensed provider. This page is educational and is not medical advice or a promise of treatment. Review our Safety Information.
